RMO Board Meeting
Update from the RMO Board
You may see some increased activity on Red Mountain Road at the property beside our barn. We have new neighbors!
What we want you to know is that at the February Board meeting, we agreed to grant them an easement to continue to use the current driveway, albeit, the ownership of that property is still ours.
Also, the new owners will be cleaning up and clearing out their barns etc. We will be accepting donated wood from them that will be used to improve our fencing! It's great to have good neighbors.
So, stay tuned for upcoming activity in that part of our common area.
Also, you have seen the sticks in our pasture on the clubhouse side. The sticks are in holes. That area was last refilled in 2021. We will be refilling it this spring as this was our best option. A few dump truck loads should fill the area and not cause much interruption on Quarterhorse Run in the process.
This is all part of taking care of our beautiful common areas. Thank you all for being such good neighbors. This is where we all call home, wave to each other and do what's best for our neighborhood.
The next Board meeting will be held on April 10th at 7:30 pm at the RMO Clubhouse. All are welcomed to attend.
Please provide recognition of neighborhood volunteers and forward any agenda items to Brad Robertson to be incorporated.
